I just got a letter from my father. I know I mentioned a while back that my great-grandmother had died. Well, my grandfather inherited her ranch. He decided to give it all to his 4 kids. My father's share is 40 acres and he wants me to own it with him. This is 40 acres in Pagosa Springs Colorado. I am overwhelmed. This is wonderful and rather scary. I go from barely keeping up with rent on my small apartment and now I am being asked to pick up everything and go own a huge piece of beautiful ranch land in Colorado. I am a little concerned simply because my father isn't the most reliable person I've known, but it is such a great opportunity for me and my family. It is a much better place for a kid than Vegas is. . . And I could have sheep
